Customer Experience Coordinator
Are you a structured and service-oriented individual eager to be part of a fast-growing e-commerce company? ICANIWILL is now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Service Manager and play a key part in optimizing the experience for our customers.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Keep our KPI reports accurate and up to date.
- Assist in planning and coordinating team tasks.
- Help with staffing schedules to meet seasonal and market demands.
- Support the team in customer cases and take over operational tasks when needed.
- Assist in building feedback loops from customers to relevant departments.
- Actively participate in improvement projects to enhance the customer experience.
- Update and maintain the FAQ section on our website.
- Ensure internal and external communication.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Has previous experience in customer service and thrives in a supportive and coordinating role.
- Is structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Is a strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and in a team.
- Is flexible, innovative, and eager to grow and develop in the role.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office is required
- Knowledge of Finnish or German is a plus.
