Customer Experience Coordinator

Are you a structured and service-oriented individual eager to be part of a fast-growing e-commerce company? ICANIWILL is now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Service Manager and play a key part in optimizing the experience for our customers.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Keep our KPI reports accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating team tasks.
  • Help with staffing schedules to meet seasonal and market demands.
  • Support the team in customer cases and take over operational tasks when needed.
  • Assist in building feedback loops from customers to relevant departments.
  • Actively participate in improvement projects to enhance the customer experience.
  • Update and maintain the FAQ section on our website.
  • Ensure internal and external communication.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Has previous experience in customer service and thrives in a supportive and coordinating role.
  • Is structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Is a strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and in a team.
  • Is flexible, innovative, and eager to grow and develop in the role.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office is required
  • Knowledge of Finnish or German is a plus.
