Influencer Marketing Team Lead

About the Role

As Influencer Marketing Team Lead, you will develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy across assigned markets together with your team. You will play a important role in analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and ensuring our campaigns deliver maximum results. You’ll guide and support your team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and foster strong relationships with partners to fuel our brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the influencer marketing strategy across assigned markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives together with Influencer Marketing Manager

- Analyze market trends and industry insights to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition

- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics are met.

- Provide strategic guidance on influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign activation.

- Lead and inspire a high-performing influencer marketing team.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially Growth, to maximize synergies and optimize campaign impact.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in influencer marketing with min. 3 years
Strong leadership skills with experience of mentoring and leading a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and measure campaign success.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing best practices.

This position will report to Influencer Marketing Manager and will be located at our office in Stockholm
